Kobella is excited to have headquarters in Kirtland, Ohio – a central location in our service area of Lake County, Geauga County and the Chagrin Valley.
Driving by on Route 6, you may have noticed our lively orange window sign or trucks. Or, perhaps you saw our orange in a local parade or festival, as we especially enjoy attending community events.
Customers not only know us for our lively orange color, but also for our commitment to creating relationships with local homeowners and providing them with great service. They also know us for our commitment to alleviating the stresses of a plumbing or HVAC problem as much as we possibly can for you.
It is those we partner with, including Active Plumbing Supply, Lake County Department of Utilities, Painesville Water Department and many more, that help us to truly deliver on the stress-free promise for our customers.
Collaboration Yields Quick, Efficient & Stress-Free Results for Lake County Homeowner
The Kobella team recently worked with the Painesville Water Department during a job that required connecting a Concord Township homeowner to Painesville City public water.
The homeowner wanted to convert from well water supply to municipal water supply. Our team helped him by installing new water lines connecting the municipal supply to his home. We worked directly with the Painesville city water department, the health board and the homeowner to obtain necessary permits, schedule inspections and file forms.
While on the job, the Kobella crew noticed that the home’s sump pump discharge piping was broken outside of the basement wall and was leaking into the basement. Repairs were made immediately to avoid flooding and future plumbing problems, but did not sidetrack the main job of transitioning the home from well water to city water. The whole job was completed in just three days.
